• Experience working with international clients
• Understanding of IT services and software development
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
• Ability to find potential clients independently

• 3+ years of experience as a Business and/or System Analyst
• Requirements gathering and analysis skills
• Experience preparing user stories, use cases and functional specifications
• Understanding of SDLC, APIs, databases and system integrations
• Experience working with developers and clients
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to have: SQL, UML/BPMN, Jira, Confluence

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial Python development experience
• Strong knowledge of Python and experience in backend development
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL and databases
• Experience with Django, FastAPI or Flask
• Knowledge of Git, testing practices and clean code principles
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to solve technical tasks independently
