We developed a low-code service for verifying ratings of restaurants, stores, movie theaters, and healthcare facilities. The main interface consists of an establishment list and a Vetting Queue that helps organize verification tasks within a single workflow.
Challenges
- Organizing the verification process. The establishment list and verification queue needed to be combined into a clear and convenient interface.
- Rapid prototyping. The solution had to evolve iteratively, allowing requirements to be validated and changes to be introduced quickly.
- Workflow automation. User flows and business logic needed to be configured using low-code tools.
Solutions
- Process analysis and prototyping. We analyzed the requirements and business processes and then created a prototype and MVP for early validation of the solution.
- Low-code interface. We implemented an interface with an establishment list and Vetting Queue using low-code platforms.
- Workflows and business logic. We configured the required workflows and automated business logic, then iteratively refined the solution based on feedback.
Result
The result was a low-code service with an interface for working with establishment data and managing the verification queue. Prototyping and iterative development made it possible to gradually adapt the solution to the client’s requirements.
